That would be pretty cool. Pot possession isn't penalized very harshly out here in Colorado at all. I know people who've gotten off possessing a few ounces for a $100 fine. My friend's possession charge of $50 was more expensive that my minor drinking citation of $80. I wouldn't be surprised if it passes.

 

It's more symbolic, the Denver cops have already said that they will still charge them under state law. Which is a petty offense with a $100-200 fine. I don't know if its going to pass, the polls showed 32% favored it, 36% opposed. I really fucking hope it passes.

Bertuzzi is a fuckin' joke. Avalanche all the way. Being raised in the denver area, all other teams fuckin suck. I highly doubt this will pass, very few denver cops prosicute posession under city ordinance it is all under state code which doesn't change if this is passed. that is all.
