I was talking about those levels with a few people in the past couple days.

I've swam with mentally retarded people before (volunteering)- and worked with many of them.

The ones that have such a low IQ that they have no idea their IQ is lacking, seem happy.
Who I really feel for is the people that are on the border or just under the border of mental retardation- they actually know that they are but they still cant function in real life on their own.

I think that is horribly sad.
