what animal would get the most use out of the internet if it could use it like people do....i think the obvious answer is any primates so i am wondering after primates what animal would get the most use from being able to use and understand the internet?
Cats...they barely tolerate humans as is. They'll use the net to learn to extinguish us, thence the takeover.
Rabbits because the internet is practically a porn device for many already and they seem to be constantly horny. I'm somewhat convinced that if instead of a keyboard, we substituted some sort of audio echo recognition system with an interactive response mechanism and had monitors underwater, dolphins could use the internet.
well they are primates which are part of the excluded list in my mind. my first thought was beavers so they could perfect dam building but they really seem to have that down so i will say chickens so they can know whats on the other side of the road, hence not risking death when they needlessly cross it.
I've heard that monkeys stand for honesty, giraffes are insincere, elephants are kindly but they're dumb. Orangutangs are skeptical and the rumor is that zebras are reactionaries. So between monkeys, giraffes, elephants, orangutangs, and zebras; I think that while monkeys are honest, giraffes and elephants would most likely be found here in Random thoughts. Orangutangs would hang out in the Conspiracy forum and zebras would most likely migrate to both the Conspiracy and Paranoid Forums. Antelopes are missionaries so naturally they would be in the Philosophy section preaching about something or other and since pigeons plot in secrecy, they would be using Personal Messages to talk about everyone else. Hamsters turn on frequently, so look for them in the Psychedelics section. But one thing is for sure, It's all happening on the internet, I do believe it, I do believe it's true.
My cats have taken a passing interest in it. But I think they see it as a little bit beneath them. Asleep for 20 hrs, then time for eating, fighting, sunbathing, hunting, playing fetch and ball and tickle, stealing food.. One of mine climbed on my desk, started knocking my pens onto the floor while I was reading a website. Then he looked at me as if to say "haven't you got anything better to do, you human prick..." :-/ The internet is the sort of thing they'd "subcontract"..
ARen't they teaching dogs to use the iPad ?? I think parrots would be great interweb users. You could Skype them, and have convos. It'd be lol.
i think farm animals would find some good use of it... they be all like.. stop with the factory farming yo..
