if i had all the money in the world, but could do nothing even remotely creative with it, this would be more useless to me, then to have nothing in the first place to begin with.

if, on the other paw, all the streets were to turn back into forrests, all the cars into little amusement park trains with their tracks running down through them, and all the parking lots into japanese gardens, i would have the biggest, glowing, smile on my face, that i couldn't wipe off if i wanted to. the kind most guys usually get when they've just had sex with a bearly legal nympho who tells them she loves them.

If I had all the money in the world then it would follow that no one else would have any and the economy would find a way of running anyway. It would be rendered worthless as a result.

That would follow logically when you find that all that money had zero buying power.

Question, if one had all the money in the world, wouldn't money lose all value? What good would it be? That being said, if I had an outrageous amount of money, I'd do a lot of travelling, build my family an earthship, buy up a large portion of land just so it couldn't be touched by developers, and put some money towards software and hardware that doesn't rely on microsoft.

 

right, exactly. but if you had that large amount of cash or spendable assets, and COULDN'T do those things with it, which is the direction the worshippers of the circular illogic of little green pieces of paper are heading us in, then just as having all of it would make it worthless, well to me, this would make it just as worthless as well.
