if a guy asks you if your on birth control?

well I found out that the guy who asked me this had feelings for me but at the time I didn't know....we were in class just talking with a group of friends and out of nowhere he asks me if I'm on birth control....although after he asked me that everyone put in their 2 cents about the topic but he directed the question @ me...? in class a couple days before we had had a discussion about it through a book we were reading..but he just asked me that randomly...

so my question is..guys, why would you randomly ask a girl if she was on birth control..and you like this girl..

is it just out of curiosity, or are you discretely trying to find out if she's having sex?

 

i wouldn't.

if for some reason i did, it would probably be to get a feel for how she is about sex. but it doesn't necessarily mean anything because sometimes people get prescribed birth control for entirely non-sexual reasons.

 

Ask him why it's any of his fucking business.

If the guy is in a relationship with you that may become sexual, it's a perfectly legitimate question. Discussions about contraception in that case are a necessary thing. But to ask that in a random fashion is, IMHO, an outrageous and offensive thing. If a guy asked my daughter that (she's 16) you'd be carrying him away in a body bag. Not from anything I'd do, but from her reactions. (Note: teaching your children karate is a good thing!)
