I've heard that "eating" in these types of situations, can be very beneficial... it's probably a myth though
So, why don't we split into three groups... The diet group. The need-some-soul food group. The whatever group. I think I'll stick with group one.
I'm in the diet group. I had to give up my booze and chocolate. I was not a fun person to be around for about two weeks.
I could go lower than I've weighed ever in my adulthood if I quit drinking, but a few pounds lost just isn't worth it. I mean, you've got to have some enjoyment in life, right?
I guess it's okay if you're looking to lose more than a few pounds, but for me, it's not worth a few pound difference, and I'm okay with that.
I lost 15 pounds last summer but don't worry I found it this winter. And I went on a diet once and thought I was gonna die, I'll never do that again!
