Does your neighborhood, if you live in a neighborhood, still get a drive-thru from the Ice Cream Truck? I wonder where they get the Ice Cream Truck Music from. Our regular Ice Cream truck had been playing "Turkey In The Straw" for years but I think last year I noticed he was playing something different. What the Hell does Turkey have to do with Ice Cream anyway?
Yeah I hear one every now and again. I don't know the tune it plays, like I could sing it, but I dunno what it is.
there is one around here i havent heard it this year i dont buy anything..im old and cheap and those prices are just ridiculous plus it creeps me out because ice cream trucks remind me of an episode of Columbo
I went to an ice cream truck once and I couldn't believe it. They had ice cream shaped like the Pink Panther. It was amazing.
The grandkids got angry at first when we told the ice cream truck not to stop every time we had them outside; then they realized how much ice cream we could get at the store with the same money and they didn't feel so bad.
It’s been quite a few years since last seeing an Ice Cream truck. But when we were kids and the ice Cream truck would frequent the neighborhood during the summer.....the chase was on………..
My mom use to sing some little song about "Save up your nickels, put 'em in a can. Save up your money for the Hunky man."
"This old man, he played one, he played knick knack on my drum, with a knick knack paddy whack give the dog a bone. This old man came rolling home!"
Ice Cream Truck goes by my work, it plays some Beethoven song. Sounds kind of eerie with it's limited tonality
last time i heard one it was playing an electronic instrumental of "do your tits hang low" (sorry, old man's brain fart, can't remember what that thing is supposed to be called) can you imagine having to hear that all day driving around? whatever they pay it isn't enough.
