    Actually, it's not that difficult! Following major colo-rectal/vaginal surgery earlier this year I was under strict instructions to not have any form of climax or orgasm for 6 to 8 weeks, no sex & no masturbation! I managed! Just!

    DAY 1: Today's day was busy.I had to went college 8 am in the morning and arrived at 2 pm in house.And again had to went college at 3:30 pm ,My college is 1 hour away.I reached home at 7 pm.Today not a single thought of masturbation has came in my mind.I will not masturbate next 30 days,So it's a good start.
