Thankfully not much damage done over the festive period. I gained 4 pounds overall but lost a pound dancing on a 90s night for nearly 5 hours none stop . Got rid of a further 2 pounds already doing my usual workout on one of these . I am aiming to get rid of the last pound over the weekend with more workouts . Another factor which I think will help keep my weight stabilised is that I have now changed from flexitarian to full vegetarian . My partner has now changed to flexitarian . I intend to keep eating some dairy for the time being mainly for the calcium and have no intention of changing to Vegan at the moment. So I should be back to my 12st 3 pounds this weekend . I think a lot of the weight was caused not by over indulgence on food but by drink especially alcohol . I havn't touched a drop all week but intend going out to the big City ( Manchester) on Saturday .Yay!!!!!!!!!!
Wonder Core - The emphasis is to work on the core areas of the body. It got rid of my old "Beer Belly " in a matter of weeks . These machines are only good if one is prepared to work on them . Admittedly there is a lot of hype attached to their advertising but they do work .
I'd rather not . LOL .I have a delicate stomach at the moment possibly due to diet change as mentioned in my OP.
Very appropriate with me at the moment. I just can't seem to shift this final pound. I appreciate it shouldn't be a big deal but its just so annoying.
