She was changing the dressing on the wound on my coccyx if you really have to ask why a nurse was "prising" my buttocks apart

I once had a girlfriend that called me Baby Buns.

 

Maybe she means that they are difficult to penetrate, because rock is too.

 

yeah... there are lots of types of rocks too. is your butt more like pumice? pink granite?

this could be an insult, you know.
