I want to try it, but for my first time, i want a very MILD experience. I was thinking for this i could try eating, but i just dont know what the proper ammount would be. Plus, my friend and I were wanting to do it together, is there an ammount and/or way of doing it, that would be safe, NOT to have a sitter, and that we could just like trip out together?
    please help, thx

It sounds like salvia is not a drug for you. If you want a mild experience you can enjoy with others I would recommend mushrooms. Salvia only lasts about 5 minutes, and a dosage to acheive the effects you desire can take alot of trial and error. You can try starting with a really low dosage and work your way up, but really its just pointless in my opinion.

Mushrooms are for you. Check out the mushroom forum.

yeah... a "mild" salvia trip is pointless. this is a drug for people who are ready to jump head first into anything that might happen and see whatever happens as a learning experience. you can't be scared. and you can't pretend to know what to expect.

Being as how it doesn't last too long (the inital WTF rush) you could take turns if you insist on doing it, thats how my friends and I did it the first time, the after "high/confused" feeling lasts after that so one of you will still feel... something and can watch the other, IMO its best to have a sitter, but thats just from personal experience, eitherway just be careful haha
