I want to talk to a rapist or a bully

Hey,
I was a victim of sexual violence and bullying.
I think it would help me to understand why people do this and what they feel about it and who becomes a victim and if a potential victim can do anything about it.
Anybody who ever committed any act of bullying or sexual violence would be appreciated.

 

Talk to a cop. They rape and bully when they get the chance.

 

A forum like this may give a general insight of opine however, one feels that a more specialist place of/institute would also be an integral part of recovery
