Im a 29 year old male, 6 feet 1 inches tall, and weigh 180lbs right now, I also have a 32 inch waist currently.... But I want to get fat. I think Im going to gain about 100 pounds or so. That will put me at 280, so that should be good. Its going to be a fun experiment, and when I get tired of being fat(If I do), Ill just loose the 100 pounds and get back to my 180....
basically impossible... if you're not supposed to be fat you pretty much can't be; if you are supposed to be fat then you can theoretically lose it by starving the fuck out of yourself, but is it really worth it?
It might be harder than I though from the sound of things.. I strayed from my organic meatless ways today and ate (over the course of the day) a 20 pack of taquitos, that I deep fried, a whole boston creame pie, most of a large pizzia, and a whole bag of doritos.. I threw up a little while ago...lol
i guess i've just never wanted anything bad enough to stop my stomach from reacting adversely when i tried to eat more than twice what the average fatty eats...
Maybe you should ask a sumo wrestler how he does it. I read somewhere that those guys consume about a thousand pounds of tuna everyday. I don't know if it's true though.
