i want opium

i'm thinking about growing some opium poppy in my backyard... it looks like flowers right so nobodys gonna care?
is it really that simple to get opium from the seed pods? u can just slice them, scrape it & smoke it??

if so then why isn't everybody doing this...

 

Yea it is pretty simple, but everybody not doing it is not really a bad thing when you think about it

 

What if you grow your poppies...hydroponically?
