i want basque

For some reason, i am craving basque food. I want it now.....(but of course they are closed)

I want the set up, soup, beans, salsa, salad, pickled tongue, sourdough bread, veggies, french fries, spaghetti, and maybe some blue cheese for my bread, followed by a nice rare steak, or the chicken covered in garlic..yummmmm

has anyone tried basque food before???

It's a region in the North of Spain/South of France with it's only particular language and cuisine.

 

its okay lynsey, its really popular up here in bakersfield, (go figure) if i am remembering correct the people come from between france and spain they do a lot of sheep herding. The food is really really good, if you like that type of food. it has a lot of garlic in it. which usually means you need breath mints for days afterwards.

 

I've been to Bilboa a few times. All I can remember is that I drank lots of cava there.
