    It's not really surprising, at all.

    But in all honesty, I couldn't give a shit.

    If it was up to me, I'd force all car companies to go out of business and instead invest the money in proper public transportation.

    Should have just let them sink. If the horse and carriage business went to the government for help when they started making cars and driving them out of business who knows where we'd be now.

    we'd have cheaper cars.

    because car companies would have had to compete and would have come out of it with better business models and cleaner, more competitive corporate histories.

    I'm not sure the business model has been an issue quite THAT long.

    In fact, Henry Ford, when asked what would happen if he lost his entire fortune, stated that he was sure he could have it back within 5 years. :eek:

    Then again entrepreneur's operate a little differently than big time CEO's too, I think. At least the successful ones do.
