put dreads in, when my hair gets long again. i had started to form some 2 summers ago and had them for three weeks when my work completly flipped and i had to tear, condition, cut them out... but anyways i dont work there anymore and dont plan on working in that kind of enviroment ever again. So i just wanted to share my decision. Luckly my hair grows fast so im thinking by the end of the summer i'm throwing the brush away! yay!

I really liked how your hair looked when you had those dreads in 2 years ago. I think you made a good decision to put 'em back in...

yay for dreads! I would like to put them in my hair as well. I spend more time trying to unknot them than i would knotting them up! But I don't exactly trust my man to section them off well. This one guy I know has GREAT dreads and all he did was stick his hair up in a wool hat for a year and them rip them into sections after that. Does that work?
yes it could work except it might be painful to seperate and yours might not dread as fast. You can section your hair yourself and put all the sections into rubber bands then have him do them and then just cut em off as he finishes them up!
Haha, headymoechick...I hear ya on that. Before I dreaded my hair, it was down to my ass and I would get knots in it like crazy. I'd drive myself nuts with brushing the knots outta my hair and it'd hurt like mad. So I finally said fuck it...and now I welcome all the knots that want to join my nest of hair...haha.
