and i actually came up with this idea on my own like a year ago like how what if we live every single life of every person that has ever lived, never thought about becoming a god after words tho, that makes it even better ha

i actually felt like that was happening to me on an acid trip a couple weeks ago. I felt like i caught up with time/god. its hard to explain, but that story is very similar to what was going through my head

It is because it doesn't seem logical to me. Logic doesn't necessarily have to dictate actual reality but that passage seems like a bit of esoteric fluff. Interesting to ponder but I'm not going to get caught up in trying to dissect it or think it has significant meaning beyond metaphorical.

 

Why would a dna test determine your soul? This is trippy as shit, reminds me from a mushroom trip I had, when the dreams is over, there is just one of us. We were all god the whole time.

 

It talks about you being the same person as a murderer or something, DNA tests can definitely distinguish you from a murderer.

 

Yea but a DNA test has very little to do with it. You could just as easily argue that since a male's DNA doesn't exactly match a female's DNA that they somehow aren't both human. Obviously they are both human.

You can see for yourself, when you are looking into another person's eyes, that there's only one awareness going on. You're actually staring at a direct mirror of yourself. This is what is meant by "no-self". You, as an entity, don't really exist somehow distinctly seperate from everything and everyone around you. There's only one thing going on at all times.

Even when there's hardcore duality. Hardcore conflict. It's still a mirror infinitely disagreeing with itself.

Ultimately, yes.

This is not fluffy philosophy. It's direct experience. You can see it for yourself.

As far as souls go, i don't really know what a soul is, though i'd like to think that it somehow exists and transcends this death.

But all i'm talking about is direct everyday experience regarding the single Awareness.

 

A male and a female both have human DNA though, no offense but that's a terrible example.

As for the rest of that, that's very subjective perception. If I look into a retarded person's eyes, blind person or even many fully functioning people I hardly see myself.

 

Whatever man, i can't prove it to you. You would have to see it for yourself.

It's not either subjective or objective because it's involving the other person as much as it's involving me.

 

How can i see that mirror connection in a retarded person who can't even open their eyes or a blind person who has a severely destroyed retina and always look like they are looking up or whatever.
