I Spit on Your Grave (Original)

Seriously, am I the only woman in the world who likes this movie? Granted, this is one of those movies that makes fans feel guilty about liking it, along with Faces of Death.

 

Is that the movie where a woman is brutally gang raped by 3 guys & then gets her revenge big time ?

Wasted my $$ on Fred Vogel's recent movie with Keaton.
The movie sucked but it was signed by Camille

Don't waste your time watching the remake of this.
The original is worth a look if you're a fan of the genre & or Anal Rape.
Also the revenge scenes are pretty funny

 

Is the last house on the left a remake of this movie? It has a similar plot of a woman being raped and then her father taking revenge on her attackers in the end.

 

No, the Last House on the Left was a remake of another 70's movie of the same name. I havent seen the original, but the remake really sucked I think.

 

I am not a female, but I have been watching this flick regularly for years! Like stated it certainly is one of those 'why do I like this" movies but for some reason minus the excruciatingly long rape scenes i find this movie a bit fun. Probably cause it faced me as a youngster!

 

I've seen both the original and the remake. Like always, the remakes pales in comparison. I could say the same for Last House on the Left too.

 

i never watch this movie, but I looked it up and the newer version actually has more ratings than the older one.
