Yeah i remember when i was in highschool they taught sex ed to let us know the basics, im surprised that a 16 year old would not understand. (assuming the OP is 16?)

 

Theorectically it could get her pregnant but it depends on how strong your semen is and how fertile the girl is, along with several other factors. Full ejaculation isn't always a requisite for getting her pregnant. As the saying goes, "you dribble before you shoot".

As fas as whether or not it's yours, a paternity test is the only way to know for sure.
