oh wow! ive always wanted to see them.......ibby-my woderful gutarist lent me his live dvd of them and hes still not got it back and i do believe ive had it over a year!! where were they playing?!?!

Seen them live loads of times mainly from mid eighties to early 90's and they were awesome, How do they do when they do their time changes as well as use ethnic time signatures and scales.

I went off them for a while in the mid 90's as they seemed a bit samey but before that, Glastonbury just was not Glastonbury without some induced dancing to the Ozric's. Just bought the DVD live at the Pongmasters Ball which has rekindled my interest with them.

Glad you thought they were great, may want to check out Hillage, Gong, Here and Now for their influences.

Damn i love Ozric Tentacles too uuuuu is always a so good trip seein em live! i saw em like 3 times here in italy...amazing band! gotta love the space rock!
