I'm low-carbing it starting Wednesday
SOOOOO PIZZA TONIGHT!!!!
If you want to lose weight, start drinking lots of water.... like 8-10 glasses a day if you can. I lost almost 13 pounds in three weeks by doing this and exercising.
It works way better than the low-carb fad/gimmick approach.
Yeah, drink a lot of water as rat said, and just expend more calories daily than you take in. I'ts pretty straightforward.

dont go the low carb. route.. it's not the smartest.
like rat said- lots of water. eat balanced meals. eat complexed carbs.
I hate water, I haven't drank any for a few months. "Complexed"
are you kidding? i can only think of one thing better then h20 and that is beer... and even then it's a toss-up and at times i differ on what is better.

Try replacing refined carbohydrates with whole wheat instead.
Avoid sugar as well.
