    If you want to lose weight, start drinking lots of water.... like 8-10 glasses a day if you can. I lost almost 13 pounds in three weeks by doing this and exercising.

    It works way better than the low-carb fad/gimmick approach. :)

    Yeah, drink a lot of water as rat said, and just expend more calories daily than you take in. :D I'ts pretty straightforward. :D

  5. dont go the low carb. route.. it's not the smartest.

    like rat said- lots of water. eat balanced meals. eat complexed carbs.

  7. are you kidding? i can only think of one thing better then h20 and that is beer... and even then it's a toss-up and at times i differ on what is better.

    Try replacing refined carbohydrates with whole wheat instead.
