    I'm so excited :)
The offer is lower, but they are selling privately and it's a rough neighborhood. Most people wouldn't appreciate the area, but I do... I'm hoping this works for me. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ... a totally renovated character home probably built in about 1910. It used to be 2 apartments, now its just one big house. It's near some great thrift stores, popular restaruants, and great bars with live music (where my friends play and frequent) I know it will be perfect for me as I start my new life !!!!!
    (so non suburban)

I hope hope hope I get it.

New roof, new furnace, new windows, new electrical, garage car port
I can walk to work :)
I can walk to the village. :)

Those old houses are so cool. They usually have nice woodwork throughout-molding and doors- unless someone has painted them. The old doorknobs are nice, especially the black or white glass ones. Good luck!

I have an urge to 'like" everyone's comments... what a loser I am ... all faceboooky.

    sigh.

I think there is some kind of cement pad already, it was all snow and slush covered to tell you the truth I never even looked in the back yard :p
