Two words, not bad. They just taste like sunflower seeds. I have about 1.4 I guesstamate. Does that sound like enough to trip? Or at least get effects?

 

It has stems and they taste worse, I like the caps but yuk. The stems be icky.

what do you mean 2 days? you can eat em non stop day after day if you want, but I wouldn't advise it
