go swimming, start exercising, doing weights. summer is coming man, looking good makes you feel good. maybe get a hobby, spend some time playing video games, just dont get addicted to them . ive been a real loner last few weeks, haveent been out with freinds or anything, so i just spend the time going to swim. pool and all. read somes books etc.
well just keep in mind that 420 is about to be around the corner so you should stop until then and buy a bag of high grade cannabis and get stoned through the roof. just concentrate on doing something constructive sober, like art, music or just keep your head in school if you still attend. i don't know what to tell you. i'm quitting on 3/20 until 420. taking a months break. even skipping my birthday surprisingly.
I agree with those who posted with doing something else with your time. Hobbies. to some extent I find that we escape in hobbies, and that includes marijuana. so it's like substituting one drug for another. ..you know, lots of people drown themselves in work, drink, sex, whatever. i find when there is a balance, everything seems to be well in life. so spend some time working, studying, sleeping, dating, music, art, exercising. i think if you do all of these things you'll enjoy every one because they are all so different.
Get someone to kick you in the nuts every time you smoke more than three times a week. Trust me, after the first kick you'll stop.
Well here is a lil story.... I had went into one of our local bars and asked "I'm drinking too much what should I do?" I will never forget the response..... "huh? What can I get you?" If it interferes with real life, stop. It should enhance not replace. -B
It is all about self control. If you dont want to smoke every day, then don't. It is as simple as that. Fill your time with something else. Or you can take a massive dump in your bag. Thatll keep you from smoking.
I smoke every day.... Sometimes I really want to smoke, but then I procrastinate and get stuck playing music or something or recording...

First of all, get off a forum full of marijuana lovers. lol Take up jogging or learn something complex and difficult. This way, you'll be doing something with your time, and smoking might prove detrimental to those activities. When I need to cut back I start jogging and setting jogging goals. The more I smoke, the harder it is to reach those goals, thus the incentive to cut back more. Good luck
