I'm getting someone a personalized gift, it's for a German family with the last name Schwojer, and I would like for it to say Schwojer Residence in Italian but I'm not sure of what the correct translation is. Would it be Residenza di Schwojer? I'm not sure about the 'di' part. Should that part be different or should it not be in there at all?

Please help me out if you can, I would really appreciate it. O and please only reply if you're absolutely sure of your answer, one of the family members speaks Italian and I would hate for it to be incorrect;)

    Thank you in advance,
