How about Let the bad times roll by The Vandals.

 

"white minority" by minor threat. "wasted" by black flag. "what we do is secret" by the germs. "diamonds and rust" by s.o.d. "mommy can I go out and kill tonight" and "we bite" by the misfits.

 

bath of least resistance by nofx. and that's all i got that's less than two minutes that i'm willing to share..

 

why on earth must you meet these requirements?

I can think of quite a few short songs (under 3 minutes long). But less than 2 minutes is extremely short and extremely rare.

Why not just use fewer songs, and make them really good songs?
