I think that means you are NOT a loser. Heh, just teasing Missla, they're not my favs, but if you like them, that's great.
yeah that did suck i was young when they broke up but i think they where good and theyre cover of lately was cool
The only 90s music I really like is Stone Temple Pilots. Everything else i like was recorded before the 90s.
meeeeeeeeeeeh. most modern r&b is kind of lackluster, but i can't say i was particularly fond of those groups, either. to be honest, i've never much liked male singing groups at all. but it's unfair there isn't ANY good r&b music coming out now, it isn't all bad.
the 90's had some great artists. My bloody valentine(they did most of their stuff in the 80's, but their classic, loveless, was released in the 90's), radiohead(The bends, OK computer), neutral milk hotel, elliott smith(his first four albums were made in the 90's), pavement, and im sure there are many others. there was plenty of bad music of course, just like any decade. didnt care at all for the r&b, or boy band...or whatever else...didnt even care much for the "grunge" movement.
I detest r&b. A lot of metal I like was recorded in the nineties, plus there's Tori and Alanis so I guess the nineties have been reasonably worthwile for me.
I miss the 90s too, not just the music but the whole spirit of those years. The 80s revival will play out and a 90s revival will take its place. Just hold on! Jim Colyer http://www.jimcolyer.com
if ever there was good metal made, probably sabbath. if you'd even consider that metal. otherwise...NO (r&b pwns) as for the only good music being british during those two time periods...you're dismissing a lot of brilliant stuff from the 60's, and we had our fair shair out good bands during the 90's.
