I Messed Up Guys

This is the first time i've been alone enough for me to tell this story. Im a real stupid kid. I'll give you the shortest version possible because it is a very long story.
I decided to go to Denver last Friday to hang out with a local hipforums user. My main idea was the score some dank and then leave. Im still under my parents rule and so they told me someone was going to check on me since they were out of town. I said i was going to a friends and for some reason......every time i am doing something im not supposed to, they just start asking me questions. They wanted his number and i told them i wasnt going to give it. I wouldnt give it to them regardless i was lying to them.
So i told them i was running out of battery(which i was) but not completely dead.
So the guy im meeting with doesnt answer his phone except texts me he's in a meeting. And thats the only thing i heard from him. So i walk around Denver to try to do something in the meantime and try to see if anyone would sell. A lot went on, but basically i walked around for a good 3 hours and couldnt find my car.
I got a text message from sprint and it said my phone could now be tracked. I finally found my car and went home.
About 15 mins after i arrived my parents came back from a 1hr30min trip and were pissed. They took my phone as well.
They talked to me about trust and how they should have none in me.
Then the next morning i found out they read all my text messages that i had sent and friends had sent to me. So they found out i have been smoking the plant.
It really sucks and my parents are sooo against it. Now they will almost never leave me unattended at the house. I was so stupid. I bet i couldve hid my smoking from them until college.....but i DIDNT DELETE MY MESSAGES. How wreckless. I did delete some however which was good i guess. Especially the ones of my sister cursing and talking about drinking and weed.
No xbox for 3 days(luckily). No internet for about 5(luckily). But i wont get my phone back(the ultimate source of my deception to them) for im hoping 2 weeks. Maybe a lot longer.
I'll wrap it up now. It really sucks and i really regret that if i had just not of gone then i wouldnt be in this situation. But its over now and i'm trying to accept that. I always knew in the back of my mind they would find out. ugh.

i'm sorry to hear about what happened!
nothing sucks more than your parents going through your shit.
but it's not like it's totally your fault, though. you didn't know that they were going to be checking through your phone, so how would you of known to delete your messages?
but at least you know now to be more careful, and to delete your texts when you get your phone back if there is anything bad that your parents could read somehow.
i hope things work out and your parents can gain trust in you.. just chill out and don't smoke weed until all this cools down.

yeah, its weird. just today i asked my mom when they would start letting me stay at the house alone.
and she said never.
i was like " 2 years?!" and now they just left me alone twice today.

 

see! lol.. they left you alone twice already. this all probably isn't going to be as bad as you think.

 

turn the tables on them. dont share your feelings. brood. when they ask why, tell them, you cant trust them, that you feel violated. fuck them. parents dont deserve respect just because they conceive and gestate a child. respect should always be earned.

sorry dude, parents can be a real drag. just remember its temporary and learn and try to move on.

 

severe violation of privacy and trust on their part. they might as well have gone through your diary if you kept one. you've done something you weren't supposed to, which almost every kid does. they've done something they should have known better than doing, and not every parent is so controlling of their child.

I would have a total loss of respect and trust for my parents had they done such a thing when I was younger. at the end of the day, you've violated a rule, deceived them and broken the law, but in my opinion, their crime is greater.

I'm dying to know what all happened. Your parents sent me text messages and then I called them to warn them to listen to what you had to say (in short) I'm guessing they didn't listen.

So you couldn't find your car?? (I smiled) I'd be so nervous at that point.

Just do what I did with my mother, and just don't share anything with her anymore about your life... It doesn't sound very mature, but its difficult to handle immature actions with maturity that gets you nowhere

My aprents were stoners back in the day so they would understand if they caught me smoking,
But its too bad that you got caught.
I always delete messeges about weed, I also took off message saving on my MSN,

 

it shouldn't be too bad after a while just don't get busted again, my mistake was getting busted like 5 times so now my parents will always think i do drugs.

but yeah just try to convince them after a while that you're completely done with it, make it some big heart-felt speech, maybe they'll believe it.

 

yeah man that's what i always say,
when i was in rehab my mom read my ENTIRE diary that i wrote in like almost every day for like 2 months, she reads my text messages if i don't keep my phone on me all the time, she randomly searches my room, she's searched ME while my friends were over and found a bottle in my backpack and kicked everyone out, she thinks she's entitled to give me random drug tests, etc etc

 

Wow, thats low. Real low.

 

well that's what i have to do with my parents, if i want to ever be able to leave the house...so yeah i;d rather lie to my parents than sit at home all day every day.

 

all i can say is those are some mighty lonient parents a dew days? 2 weeks without phone? big fuckin deal..
