i love meditating

try sitting up then(with the window open).maybe that will help

 

LMAO WTF!!!. thats funny .. LOL meditation giving a headache.
i had a headache few minutes ago, everytime i drink ice caps or frappucinnos my brain dies man, my head hurts and i feel like puking.

 

Yeah. I like it way more in Terrace than Vancouver. I just park at the base of a logging road and go into the woods. I saw a bear a couple days ago.

 

maybe he rolls his eyes back.if i do that it hurts

 

i sometimes sit up...i dont have one meditative position. but i guess its not really meditation, but more like relaxation...i dont know. it makes me feel good inside, and thats all that matters


and i dont know how to open my window...and if i do, i will just hear dumptrucks, trains, children screaming and other obscure noises ...but i still wish i could, get its stuffy in here sometimes :/

 

aha.yeah i don't know about tracks.i don't really like them.they're too long.and not to mention boring.seeing the same shit over and over again.

i don't like running on pavement. all the roads here are crowned so its hard on the knees.

 

i like running in the gym...the one with good floors

Uh, my legs hurt. I ran two miles on my beat out old vans. I need some running shoes. And then I wen't to Karate, and we we're doing full sparring.

I'm supposed to instruct on Monday. Maybe I'll just start swimming for arobics.

i bought some old school nike kicks last week
i think they are tenis shoes but oh well
they hurt the back of my ankles though.but they are quite flexible
