I don't know any French artists ... but I sure do love how Sublime throws in some Spanish lyrics to their already incredible songs. Mucho gusto. I don't know Spanish. At all. =/
Um, Rational Youth, but they broke up in the 80s, I think. My favourite French/English band is Stereolab, but they're not Canadian. I write songs in both languages.
I like Metric a lot more than Feist, but that's me more rock-ish, c'est plus bien. Poster of a Girl is the one wiht french, but I'm really in love with The Police and the Private right now
Download some Harmonium ... They are really , in my opinion, one of the finest bands to come out of Québec ... And the leader Serge Fiori, is a kind of genius
