I know it's been while but I have a question... please help..

Hey guys!
I know its been awhile but I miss this place and i have this question and i figured this was the best place to ask...
I want to do this thing with a few people where I start by filling a box full of a set amount of goodies.. send it to the next person, they take what they want and replace the amount of things and send it to the next person on the list......

what is this called? I did this years ago but I can't remember..
