I just renewed my subscription to High Times!!

Yay!! signed up for 3 years.. whoo-hoo.. I love that mag.. anyone else subscribe?

 

That's a shitty magazine.

There is so much wonderful marijuana information online... I don't know why the hell anyone who isn't a self-stereotyping stoner would subscribe to High Times.

Subscribe to The Economist, or Time or at least something half decent... hell, even National Geographic or such.

High Times is just advertisements, shitty articles, and pretty bud pictures.

Do forgive the rant though, yet High Times really does suck.

Whatev. I like it. I do subsribe to NG and scientific american among others. Its got good info, and I like to read better than look shit up online. I dont consider myself astereotypica stoner, Hell, far from it.

I buy individual issues every now and then when I end up at my favorite headshop but suddenly realize I wasn't planning on buying anything. It seems to cover a lot of the same material pretty often, so I wouldn't subscribe. It has plenty of great stuff, though, and the simply fact that it has bud shot centerfolds always makes my day.

 

lol. I only buy a few here and there, that and some others and throw in a few porn mags also a year. Just to have them to read in the tub or while taking a shitty shit..
Not everyone had internet, and its bad to get the computer wet and read it in the tub.... It can be done Im sure, but agreed its all advertisements and the same old grow information. Used to like writing in stuff the HT100, lol but I was a teen. I think the current issue in the house is from Nov07.. But it has to catch my eye on the stand for me to think about it.. Or if I need a order form for something shroomy.

weed world and cannabis culture are my favorite weed mags. i do get high times sometimes too.

weed world is my favorite because almost all of the articles are only one page long, they do articles on the most odd/random, non weed related shit, but its always interesting. they do a lot of articles about "other" drugs and the grow section isn't the same old shit over and over. i also like the fact that most of the ads read as if they are articles. the only downsides are its a European mag so some articles aren't as relevant to me as with other mags, and its like 7-8 bucks.

 

i get high times from time to time. I mostly stick to cannabis culture tho.

 

BraveSirRubin if he likes to read high times then let him, just because you dont like it dosnt mean you have to say negetive things about it

 

I'd make it personal, but he does that everywhere. its his thing or something. dont bother me.

 

I always support High Times since my second cousin was one of the founders, and I love the chronic pics.

 

How much did it cost? I know a discount service that is probable like $15 or less for 3 year sub..
I think long ago I got HT for a year for like $6.
