Hello, I started masturbating when I was like 16 years old, I was masturbating almost daily since that day, and I have built up premature ejaculation. I cant last jerking off more than 2 mins, sometimes I can ejaculte within 30 secs. Will stopping jerking off help me to cure my premature ejaculation? Is there something I can do with it? I am scared that when I will find a girl I wont make her pleasured. Thanks for any kind of help
There are a number of work arounds . Have her jerk you off first . Use a condom first , weight a bit then go at it again . Have her get on top . If just before ejaculation you close your eyes then roll your eyes , up down , left to right , clock wise , counter clock wise , it will delay orgasm .
Check out my thread on PE shown below in Sexual Health, as over 42,000 have done. It should help you. Or become a member and PM me for individual help. Stopping masturbating a lot might help...
I think if you do a web search you can find a lot more info . Not ever thing works for ever one . Most guys are happy to give there wife/g.f. an orgasm , most times thats 5-20 min.
Hi there, I'm sorry your having this problem. It sounds like you've been masturbating for quite awhile and excessive masturbation can lead to premature ejaculation problems. Behavioral therapy and treatment options are available if your having problems lasting during intercourse. Just make sure you see a trained medical professional. Read this article below and it might shed some light on how you can overcome this problem. http://www.viamed.com.au/stuck-in-sequence-breaking-the-pattern-of-premature-ejaculation/
Hello, Let’s start with what we can do before our penis comes into play. First, you need to learn to calm yourself down and lower your levels. Because premature ejaculation is associated with infrequent sex, men with low frequencies of sexual activity often get extra excited and aroused, which can manifest as performance anxiety when sex presents itself. Even men with sex can get extra aroused. Reducing anxiety is different for everyone.
What helped me was perform, sure you can google it. They told me its not only numbing spray and it doesn't affect your partner. What I think also helped was switching to more healthy lifestyle (nutrition, sports etc.)
