I have a question regarding the environment and libertarians?

    You are still using the system, in this case the court system. What makes you think that judges, juries, and lawyers can't be bribed or corrupted under the Libertarian system even if a company can be sued?

    Your portrayal of the Farmer Assurance provision of the annual farm bill might be a bit dramatic also, although I haven't really studied it. This is from The Skeptical Libertarian:

    I'm not saying it "can't," infact, I have declared it can. But if the people put the Constitution in higher esteem than those who are supposed to uphold it, it would take awhile for that to happen. Some of our founders were pro-government and others (like Jefferson and Hamilton,) supported Constitutional Rights, which they had personally had violated by the Brittish Government. They said, "[FONT=&quot]We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights"

    To have an unalienable Right, means government didn't give that to you, nor can they take it from us. Our founders who believed in freedom were very Libertarian/classic Liberal. But, again, this was back in 1776 and they saw tyranny; Close to what we have today, but only a small amount is awake, and an even smaller amount actually want real changes, and not throwing more money at make-believe problems.

    By the way, the quote in your sig: you do know that Hamilton was not referring to individuals being armed in the Federalist Papers, right?

    He takes most quotes out of context and doesn't understand the philosophical underpinnings of anything except 'muricanism and guns.

    I don't want to have to say I'm from NY one more damn time! I come from a place that's supposed to be safe due to government. The only reason NY is 'safe,' is because government Searches anyone they want against the 4th Amendment. You want me to give up my guns, and give complete control to government. I am a writer too, obviously you just write in support of terrorists (US government)
