my friend lives next to an old water tower, i told him he should grow now he wants to, would this be a good place to?

if your friend is anything like you and lacks the knowledge on how to put together a complete and understandable sentence.. then no.. he should not be growing if he is that retarded

 

you almost made me cry. anyway its an old water tower that has a manhole at the top that you can open. we have been to the bottom a bunch of times(there is no water in it.) he wanted to now if it would be okay to grow in there. it is owned by the town but no one has been in there for years but me and him.

 

I suggest "NO" unless you want your manhole entered over and over again while you enjoy your prison stay

I dont think it would work. The sun wont be bright enough to shine through the top and how can you get lights hooked up otherwise? Do you have the means to do that?
