I broke a wisdom tooth a couple weeks ago, about a 1/4 of it fell off, it was kind of annoying but not bothering me. This week it has been agony :( then last night my fiancee was asleep and rolled over, hitting me in the face a breaking more of my tooth. HOLY CRAP! My nerve is exposed now and I am in SO MUCH FUCKING PAIN!

I called my dentist, can't get in until monday.....:(

Don't eat for a couple of days?

Everyone could use a diet once in a while. Fasting is good for the soul.

Try holding a shot of wiskey on your tooth. Then try another, and another. Soon your pain will be gone.

    Peace

Don't you have like an immediate care dentist or something where they take walk-in emergencies...

Alcohol works much better for me than tylenol or aspirin.

The emergency dentist is fucking pricey. Thanks for all the pain remedies! I'm going to the LCBO asap.

It's not a emergency really, just very painful.

That's how I get rid of all toothaches and sore throats....it really does work, beware of the hangover plus tootchache the next day though. :p

If you have health insurance, I would go right into the ER at the hospital, they won't be able to fix your tooth, but they'll be able to write a prescription for some pain killers. Better then nothing anyway.
    :peace:

Aw shit, toothaches are the worst pain EVER. I had a horrid abscessed tooth last October and November (and the last two weeks of September, too!), and holy fucking shit. I had a bubble of infection on my gum and my face looked halfway like a chipmunk. What helped me was biting down on a moistened tea bag for a little bit to draw some of the infection out, peroxide and salt rinses (not mixed together, either peroxide or salt water), and lots of ibuprofen. They don't like to let this out, either, but if you take 800 mg ibuprofen and 400-600 mg acetaminophen (Tylenol), it's about equal to a dose of hydrocodone. They don't tell people that for good reason, though, it'll kill your kidneys if you do it too much (mine are still pissed at me after that tooth infection).
