Anyone who steals someones dope deserves to suffer through WDs themselves. In about 48 hours it will start to get better. You could be a lot worse off though. Some people have huge iv smack habits.

I've had that done to me and it sucks. The best policy is not to tell anyone that you take pain killers. Nobody. An addict facing wd's will do anything to get it, even if it's your best friend. Keep your meds hidden and under lock and key. It doesn't sound like you have a heavy habit, so your wd's shouldn't be too bad.

Try and treat yourself with some of the common wd meds, gabapentin, clonidine, benzos, etc. If you can't get your hands on any of that stuff that just try and distract yourself by watching tv or something. Remember the feeling is only temporary and it will be gone soon and you'll feel great! Just ride it out. Good luck.

Immodium is a HUGE help. Just takes a lot. I used to drink neo citran with my immodium and it would put me right to sleep!

As far as most of the sickness, you should be through the worst part of that. The ability to sleep for more than a brief time takes awhile though, IME.

Hey eatem, if this is correct and true that you're a legit cpp and take them as prescribed why not call your doctor's office and explain. If this is a one time only situation they will rescript you, they should know that emergencies happen in life where you might need a plan b. This happened to me once where I accidentally shredded my new script and I was horrified. I called them and went through hell on the phone, but ultimately it's up to your doctor to replace your meds. I feel that if they trust you they'll do it, knowing that you truly cannot afford to be withdrawn from opiate medication. They did replace mine, but it went on my file. So what? sorry shit happens. If what you taking now as a substitute runs out order some kratom online it'll cut withdrawal symptoms by 90%. Well, good luck and never let on, you're on pain medicine, your own family will rob you blind just to get high. :(

My doctor actually trusts me impeccably, I was in Pain Management for years but I really got tired of going every month, so I talked to my PCP and My PM about just going to my PCP for the mere fact I have had every Injection, and treatment known to man to control my pain, none of which worked. They collaborated and agreed that my PCP would take care of my meds not only because the PM couldn't do anymore but for financial reasons also.

My PM copied all my records and forwarded them to my PCP and also put a not in them stating I was his most trusted and favorite patient. I was actually shocked. Im a very honest person. I never called and asked for more meds, I never demanded anything from the doc and we had an AWESOME Relationship.

My PCP also trusts me impeccably I see her every 3 mos and she writes my scripts for 3 mos at a time. In order to have this legit I would actually have to have a police report done with every person that was at my house on Super Bowl Sunday. None of which knew I had Pain Meds. My Meds were in My wife's and my Master Bathroom hidden in the medicine cabinet, well as out of site as possible in a medicine cabinet. Someone went snooping in "OUR" Private Bathroom and found them.

IMO it just isn't worth the aggravation to get the police involved, have them question every person that was in my house that day and then have all those people know Im on Opiate Pain Meds. Plus I really don't want the "Questionable" remark on my med records.

I hop yu understand what Im saying so I will bite the bullet on this one and suffer for a little while with the pain. Hell I went 20 yrs plus with the pain before it was so bad my left arm went numb for over a year before I even went to a doctor so a few weeks of pain will not really kill me.

    Peace

It's very hard to get a script replaced. I had some stolen once, and told the people at the VA pharmacy about it. They wanted a police report. But it had been over a week so it wouldn't have done any good. Besides, the way the lady at the pharmacy was talking to me I doubt that they even would have accepted a police report. They would have probably come up with some other bs technicality. And I only had another week until my next refill so I just let it go. But I made sure my meds wouldn't be stolen again, and they haven't. That was 3 years ago. Honestly I don't know anyone who's had a lost or stolen script replaced. I'm not saying it's impossible, it's just that I haven't heard of it.

Eatem, how many people of all the ones who attended, do you know take /enjoy opiates for pain or recreation. Not saying this would whittle down the list but what I am thinking is that it could be a place to start and using a little common sense reverse Phsyc, could get you closer to the guy or gal you want to confront(read whoop ass). It's possible I might not know a thing about what I'm saying, :) !
