I used to totally stress myself out about blowjobs. I mean, to the point that I was crying and stuff if it didn't end successfully.

These days, I'm guessing my technique is better, but I've also learned to RELAX (which makes it infinitely less uncomfortable physically, and mentally) and I've learned that stressing about orgasms is never good. Pleasure is pleasure, and most guys will be grateful for whatever they get, truth be told, even if they end up finishing another way.

I'm not sure your reasons for disliking it, but if you're like most people I know it's a physical discomfort thing. Learning to relax your throat and control (possibly even eliminate!) your gag reflex takes time, but learning to enjoy giving somebody pleasure is something that can happen right away if you've got the right mindset.

also, it's perfectly okay not to give head if you don't like to. the fact of the matter is, it's your mouth, your choice. there are lots of roads to pleasure and if you don't enjoy one of them, a partner will either learn to respect it or hit the road.

I hated it when I first started, my first partner made me feel as if I was really bad at it. (I probably was, due to lack of practice) My second partner however, was very very encouraging about it, eventually my confidence became so high I loved doing it. I still do.


If you feel that you have alot of pressure on you then don't do it, you'll never enjoy it. Eventually you may come to love it, and if you do thats great, and if not I'm sure that you will find a partner who was never crazy about them anyway (and yes, guys like that are real!)
