i HATE female cops!

ugh. so like 3 days ago, we were smoking in this park and me n my friend went to 7-11 to get a slurpee or something, and when we came back we saw these 2 bike cops [1 female 1 male] riding over to our friends who were smoking cigarettes...and because they were smokig cigarettes they ended up searching everyone, they found like a razorblade and xanax and all this shit on one of my friends, a bowl and weed, beer etc on other people, but everyone who had shit on them was under 17, so they let them go...and 3 of the people we were with were 17-year olds but none of them had anything on them, but THEY got handcuffed and written up because they were 17. WTF that doesn't make any sense cause they werent even doing anything illegal. which shows how much the system is FUCKED because they got arrested just because of their age, n the person w/ the razorblade who was selling pills got let off.

anyway the next day we are smoking in the garden again, this time its jut me my friend and this guy, and my n my friend went to 7-11 and when we came back AGAIN we saw a female cop walking over to our friend. Which is really weird b/c every time i go to 7-11 m friends get in trouble...

but anyway she just searched him but she was a dumbass and didnt see the weed that was wrapped in a paper towel sketchy as fuck right infront of her face....but she found a pipe and a bowl and took em and now we're never allowed to go to that park again or we'll be taken to jail. which SUCKS ASS because that was like the one good smoking spot we had left, people have gotten busted in all the other ones.

and then also last night i got busted for curfew and this cop drove me home and now i have to see a therapist because i was out late. WTF.

anyway i hate cops, especially female ones.

 

^sucks man. i tend to find that the feale cops have had to deal with sexism and shit so there normally really really defencive about everything.

 

Well stop going to the same spot. Like seriously I'm not trying to sound like an old fart or anything but you know the things you do are illegal so why do you seem so surprised when the cops show up?

 

dose seem like the good smoking place if there are bike cops dude, try to find some woods or a nice peacful river

 

yeah i know. its just that ive been smoking in that spot multiple times a day every day for like 6 months and never had any trouble until recently, and there's really nowhere else around here to go besides random allies and shit

 

oh and the bike cops dont come anymore, they just came a few days ago cus it was the last day of school and they only come during school.

smoking cigs is not probale cause to be searched, your friends should take this to court, youll win and those cops will be punished(and arrest for being 17 is fucked up, did they get charged with anything?)

 

im lucky cops around here dont really care about weed, cuz we got morrisville(pa's trenton) and trenton around us so we can walk down the street smoking a blunt and most cops wont really bother your, and if they do all the do is take it

 

smoking cigs is probable cause to search you, if you arn't of legal smoking age.

Cops going after kids smoking cigarettes,meanwhile a "major crime" is happening and the cops are nowhere in sight. When I was a teenager I actually used to bum cigarettes off our neighborhood police officer.My have things changed.

 

searching because of cigarettes is complete bullshit. they should fight that shit...cops shouldn't get away with that. they should spend less time "busting" ppl for cigarettes, and spend more time being useful, such as prosecuting rapists, child abusers, murders and animal abusers.
our laws are so fucking pathetic it makes me sick.

 

there isnt a legal smoking age, you just cant sell tobacco to minors, but they are legally aloud to smoke. its not aginst the law to smoke at age 17, just sell them to a minor

 

hm i never knew that, according to them cigarettes is ok to search you for if you are a minor.

anyway it was only 2 times getting busted and the first time was just bike cops so we thouht it was bad timing, plus its 2 times compared to like 500 other times i have smoked there with no problem so yeah.

and the 17 year olds didnt get charged with anything in the end, they were going to get taken to jail but then they just got let off with a warning after having to sit there in handcuffs for like 45 mins.

That sounds like a great idea! Make them chase you as they call in backup. I'm sure they won't charge you with resisting arrest along with any other little thing they can find.

your friends didn't get searched because they were smoking cigs. they got searched because:

1) someone gave up their rights
2) one of the pigs did a terry frisk and instead of someone saying "I don't consent to a search" they kept doing it and found your shit.

even if they were 17 and a year under the legal age to purchase cigs how would the cops know? in every state I can think of you can deny giving a pig your ID (except if you're a driver and driving of course, but everyone else in that car doesn't have to give ID).
