i got a bunny!

i have the cutest bunny. i just bought him like three days ago for 85 dollars. i love him! I never thought having a bunny would make me feel so happy. Yay for calm cute animals

I can't believe you paid that much for a pet that will only live a few years.

 

It could be a long haired dwarf rabbit, they tend to be more expensive and they can live for just over 15 years. As far as I remember they cost about that much at the Pet shop I worked at in England.

if i were to buy a pet, i would get one that doesn't sit immobile in a cage its whole life. so no bunnies or snakes for me. enjoy though.

shit. i wanted to cleverly say we pay for the privilege of selection all the time. I'd say its more of a shame to let a beautiful persian cat die in a store than it is to let a mangy tom die at a shelter.

yeah i could go to goodwill and get pants for a penny and pick from the bottom of the barrel, or I could go somewhere and pay a hundred bucks for a nice pair that i want.
