I gave up smoking

Hi All,

this is just because I am happy that I finally gave up the cigarettes.

I had been smoking for about 20 years and gave up mid November

last year.

So it has been 8 Weeks now without any nicotine.

I'm a smoker, I can't quit... Ciggs make me look too cool for school.

 

i dont smoke at all. i could never pick up that habbit. i used to drink but i gave that up and dont miss alcohol at all. havent had a drop of it since last summer

 

I haven't smoked a thing in months.

 

I gave up smoked sausage.

 

I actually have smoked sausage in my fridge.

Among other places.

Thankfully I never was a smoker, but my little sister is. Says she can quit any time though. Famous last words, huh?

People exaggerate the physical dependancy ciggs cause. It has always been very easy for me to get over the withdrawl symptoms... it's the mental addiction... the lack of motivation... the routine of ciggs in my life that has been very hard to surpass. I can honestly say that I don't want to quit, and I don't think that that's a good thing.
