On my next phone bill I was billed for $20 for "purchases". I did not purchase anything, download any wallpaper send or receive and text message to this company that happened to be Dialogue Communications. I can see several breaches of the law such as: 1. Obtaining benefit by deception. 2. False advertising. 3. Fraud.This is no different to credit card fraud on the part of a merchant. 4. Unconscionable business behaviour. You have been warned!
