i been smokin a lot less weed last 2 months which is good. but now im dreaming more..

they are not nightmares; the last vivid one i had and still remember the dream very clearly was in 08 or 09. other than that one, my dreams are just weird... always waking up thinking wtf... or sometimes WTF...

ive heard some stoners say they don't like dreaming and smoke at night. i can relate to that a little..

i think the only way to not dream is if you exercise so hard their nothing on your mind except passing out..thats hard to do daily as well.

Maybe you could try sleeping with the lights on. This would decrease your melatonin production, which might result in less dreaming. Just a thought.

i have had prophetic dreams, i smoke to block them out. i dont want to know. its upsetting to know and to know there wasnt a damn thing you could do.
if i dream now its jumbled and senseless, and easily forgotten. much better for my sanity.

when i don't smoke for a day or two my dreams become much more vivid, memorable, and unpleasant.

that would be a lot of wasted electricity..

Maybe this is the reason why the world has become so jumbled and senseless recently. Your dreams are still coming true....

I decided when I was young-I think 9th grade-that I actually liked nightmares-I'd wake up and it was over. Sort of a free adventure. A lot of times I'd realize that I was dreaming during the dream.

i've been smoking weed daily for the last few weeks, so i haven't really been remembering many of my dreams. i don't really have bad dreams often though, and i generally tend to enjoy dreaming.

If you like nightmares, take some mirtazapine before bed. lol It's a psychiatric medication I was prescribed a few years ago. Every night, my dreams were like horror movies and I was running/hiding from psychotic cannibals the whole time. lol It was crazy shit. Beware though...........one of the documented side-effects of mirtazapine is "nocturnal emissions". lol

Perhaps the dreams are more intense/weird because you didn't have them when you smoked more. They have some catcing up to do  I know I have some weird dreams when I skip smoking a day :D I don't recall any of my dreams usually.

I had a nightmare last night I was being held hostage by some guy and I had my phone in my hand and I was trying to dial 911 then all the sudden he had a gun pressed against my back I could feel the pressure of the gun being dug into my back I remember being terrified then all the sudden I woke up. The night before I had a dream my mom got attack by some guy or something like that, then there were a bunch of dead bodies in the house

I deal with insomnia and HATING my "dreams" when I do sleep. :(

I never sleep in the dark...ever! I have slept with a light on or a night-light since I was a child.

When I was able to obtain my favorite "medication" (weed), I didn't have the insomnia so bad and the dreams weren't so awful. Being broke and unemployed severely cuts into being able to "medicate" myself. Even if I am worn out from exercise or just taking care of stuff, I still have bad dreams 8-9 times out of 10.

sounds like the more thats on our minds during the day the more likely to dream?

weed also the only substance i know of that doesn't make me dream...

i hate swallowing pills..ever since my time with xtc.. i wont take pills to help me sleep, and i can get some legal if really needed..

some other things might cut out dreaming, but i wouldn't know as i stopped doing a lot of substances years ago...
