    Hi
I have autism and find anything sexual very intense and scary.
I have learnt to masturbate, but I have never climaxed. So this is all very new to me.

First off, let me say congratulations for Reaching out for advice. Let me add that there is absolutely nothing scary about this.

You don’t mention your age, but I’m going to have to assume that you are over 18 years old. I also don’t know what schedule of medications you are on. There are a lot of things that are prescribed to help conditions that can prevent orgasms. If your libido is high and you’re able to maintain an erection, that’s more than half the battle, The problem is prescription-based, Depending on the medications and the need for them, it may be an uphill battle.

Interest and arousal are the first things one would need to worry about. It sounds like you’ve got that covered. Reaching orgasm is a physical response to multiple types of stimuli. I don’t know what you have been exposed to, or what your life experiences have been thus far, and I know this is a cliché response, but have you tried watching porn videos online? If not, there’s a lot to choose from. I would suggest starting out with something very soft core. See what you like. Once you find something that really turns you on, you can do searches for that particular act or acts.

If you still go through the entire sexual response cycle, but failed to reach orgasm, I would have an honest talk with your primary physician. There is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about. Keep in mind, your doctor masturbates too! Specifically ask your doctor if any medications that you are on could prevent you from achieving an orgasm.

Masturbation and sex are part of a healthy life. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to enjoy it. Find out if a new schedule of medications would make it easier for you.

Let us know how things go. I hope it all works out, and welcome to the wonderful world of masturbation for self pleasure. There is nothing wrong with it!

I agree whateber Anythingoance said. Also I believe fantasizing could help and prolong the erection, and climax. There is a strong neurological conection between brain and genital zone. So, when you think about sex automatically your penise reacts even without stimulation. You should try to keep fantasizing as much as you can, while you stimulate physically your cock. You shouldn't rush , take your time withoit any disturbing. It take time but you can get finally climax and ejaculate.

OK, I’m no doctor, but I’d be willing to bet I know EXACTLY what your problem is caused by: your prescription medication Sertraline. That’s Zoloft. That’s an anti-depressant. Just about every anti-depressant made will make it damn near impossible to reach orgasm. It’s a horrific side effect. Maybe not as bad as suicidal thoughts, but it can make you feel worthless. Typical response to anti-depressants: you’re horny, you can get an erection, but orgasm is un-achievable.

Like I mentioned above, talk to your doctor about options. Be open and honest with your doctor! I can’t stress that enough!

The medicine which you get is not helpful, and as Anythingonce said its side effect could be worse than its benefits.
I acctually have gotten these types medicine for many years , but Unfurtunately were not effective at all. Most of the doctors are not responsible seriously about the patients and prescribe medicines to check their resuls.
So, I always try to take herbal medicines
which if they are not effective positively, they do not have any side effects.

Sometimes we all need to reflect, and appreciate all the things that are good in our lives. I feel so blessed. I can't imagine what it would be like to never climax. I am so sorry for you to endure this. But then again, maybe not knowing the pleasure of what it's like to climax makes life bearable. For me, knowing the almost daily pleasure (at least lately) of having an orgasm, I couldn't go on if that pleasure somehow became impossible.
