I could use some help

    I recently added a lot of weight on and it’s morally bringing me down daily. I don’t feel masculine when I look curvy like a girl specially down there. Now being so self conscious I’m over thinking, staring and stressing on all the little details to even now realize I’m getting older… wear n tear is a thing… This were I want some input, anyone else ever lived this? Any one else masturbated so much that can now say their hand damaged it’s apearence?

    Most people do not like the way their body is. That's why you see so many products and procedures for weight loss. Even my weight and body size has fluctuated up and down over my life time. Right now I am unhappy with my appearance. Time was I looked as fantastic as one of those male models in perfume ads. Then I gained a lot of weight before realizing I no longer looked appealing. Getting involved in endurance sport, triathlons, changed that and I dropped pounds returning to that body I longed for. Alas, I was stricken with COVID and the weight returned. Not once did I think nor feel I wasn't masculine. Just fat. Yep, I stressed over it before and don't like it now. But there is a way. Not through those promises of magic weight loss but with control over my actions. So I've lived it too. Not overthinking about it though. Just taking action for improvement. Age makes it more difficult but it can be done with the right mindset. As far as masturbating too much that has no bearing on how much you weigh. But instead of masturbating 3 times a day use one of those times to go for a walk instead. That might start you on the path to body improvement.

    Eat ONLY soup and salad for as long as it takes to attain your desired weight. Worked for me. Went from 220 to 180 in a few months. I am not a doctor or a weight loss specialist.

    Can confirm with the above. A few years ago I had a medical situation that required me to eat a high fiber and liquid diet. Soup and salad were my go to for a good 3-4 months, and one of the "side effects" was weight loss.

    But once I could eat what I wanted again, the tacos and pineapple teriyaki burgers put the weight back on

    And I'm talking about HOME MADE soup---not canned factory soup.
