grow some wings? im assuming you mean in an airplane. dont get a window seat. if you can talk to your doctor ahead of time, consider taking something for the anxiety like valium, just enough to take the edge off. if you cant do that grab some gravol or sleeping pills or something so that you pretty much fall asleep for the whole thing (my moms trick for those who get anxious with flying, take a couple gravol - anti nausea pills that happen to make ya pretty sleepy too)
