my legs are like sticks...and so are my arms...duuuude.......i have become way too skinny....SKINNY!!!!
got a few pictures on the ''i want to see your face'' thread on this forum...but it's only face shots... would you like a picture?
i am taller and weigh less...i am thin but not skinny...... ok heavy people call me skinny but thats it... i tell them ''you dont see any fat people at the old folks home...they never make it that far....only skinny people live till 100''
Was only teasing you. Honestly that weight for that height does not seem to be out of line.......sometimes we see ourselves differently than others do. Maybe no one else thinks that you need to bulk up. If it makes you happier to do it, then start with a few weights, not a lot and gradually build up a wee bit.
you can eat lots of breads. and lift weights fo sho. and make sure you get the calories for your body to exercise
respect! anywase it was more of an observation than a complain, but i would like to become more 'thicker' if you know what i mean...
Come see my family, good 'ol southern folk, hearty meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (or breakfast, dinner and supper if you want to be authentic about it), not a skinny one in the group and my great grandma just celebrated her 98th birthday :cheers2:
You'll most likely gain girth in your limbs with time. Exercise is a good idea in general though... find an activity you really enjoy and go for it. Weight training isn't necessarily a bad idea either. You're at a very healthy weight for your age and height.... 150 lbs at 5'9 is pretty much where you want to be.
