I am obsessed with Elton John

Too bad he's gayer than ghey and ugly as sin. *sigh*

But seriously...I think he's my favorite now. I'm pretty sure he's surpassed Clapton and the Beatles in my top 10 list.

The duck suit is the best. But god, he can sing and play the fuck out of the piano. And he has SUCH a way with words...I might could overlook the fact that he's terribly ugly and gay for those lyrics.

Bernie Taupin was his main lyricist. Elton composes music not lyrics.

 

I dig him. I mean, he's not my favorite, but he's got his classics...

 

Well, then I guess I'll go after old Bernie, then. But the music's lovely, too.

 

He only turned gay when he started writing music for Disney films.

Elton John is a pretty cool dude, despite his gheyness. He is an awesome piano player, and women like to get naked whilst listening to his songs, so yeah. Elton is alright with me.

 

Some of his music is very good, no doubt. I like his music.

 

Rat, I don't know if I've told you how much I respect your opinion, but it makes me feel good that you approve of Elton also.
