How could people not be addicted?

    It is cheese

But almost like butter, it can be spread on anything

    It tastes so good

    especially when drunk

Oh my god, my mom just came back from Switzerland last week with the BEST goat cheese I have ever had. It came from goats who actually live on the Swiss Alps! It was amazing.

I have to say, that sounds disgusting.

Cheese with the consistency of butter.

.........actually, come to think of it, it's like that cheese in those little packages with the crackers. And cheese in whiz form.

    Can I change my vote?
I vote goat cheese for president!

I've never had, or ever thought of having goat cheese, but now you've made me really interested.

I like goat's milk parmesan with pasta... in fact it's an ingredient in my spaghetti sauce.

haha, I eat imported goat cheese.

"President" from France, since I am inspired by my gf.

    plus it is pretty cheap

There is this bread called Borealis, "the van gogh of dough", that is amazing (basically as good as authentic french baguettes). There sourdough baguette is great with a little goat cheese spread on. It makes for a great snack!

I don't even know if our small town stores would carry it.

I may have to take a look next time I'm in an actual town, do you know if those brands are available in Canada?

    goat cheese is so awesome...

My mom had always put toasted goat cheese on salad - yes, toasted.

The way you do it is: Make dressing for salad, olive oil + vinegar + garlic. Mix with green salad. Take your toaster oven pan thing, chop a chunk of goat cheese per person, and toast it till it melts a little. Serve salad, and put goat cheese on top. It's awesomely good, esp if you eat it while the cheese is still warm.

*drools* It sounds weird, but it's honestly my favourite.

    Goat cheese rocks my socks.

    But so does any cheese....

Other than American cheese... and anything that Kraft makes.

    I'm allergic to goat cheese....

But even if I wasn't, I wouldn't eat it. The time I tried it [and soon found out I was allergic], I hated it. I'm glad I'm allergic to it...that way no one can ever talk me into eating it again.
